  • By signing up for texts, you consent to receive reservation/appointment reminders from Green Terrace Services LLC DBA The Sawmill Inn at the number you provided, including messages sent by auto dialer. Consent is not a condition of purchase. 
  • MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan. Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies. Messages will be sent as needed, typically 3 messages per reservation.

  • We do not allow pets. Service animals are always allowed at no cost. Our sister hotel called The Rushford Inn 15 minutes away does allow pets. Call 507-864-2222 to book a pet room for $40 per pet per night. No cats or agressive dog breeds. Max 2 per room. Must be on leash when outdoors and in a kennel when guest is not in room.
  • Children under 12 stay free with an adult, if over 12 considered an adult for pricing
  • NO SMOKING
  • We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If canceled within 48 hours we charge your full reservation.
  • We take a $10 non-refundable deposit per night per room at the time of booking that goes towards your total stay. If you need to cancel before 48 hours you lose your deposit amount.
